Ascendas-Singbridge and Saigon Bund Capital Partners held the Topping-out Ceremony for Office Tower 1 at Saigon 1Hub project
July 24, 2018, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Ascendas-Singbridge, Asia’s leading sustainable urban development and workspace solutions provider with its joint venture partner, Saigon Bund Capital Partners, today held the topping-out ceremony for Tower 1 (“Tower 1”) at the Saigon 1Hub project, the city’s first commercial office complex in the Hi-Tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.
The topping-out ceremony marks the completion of Tower 1’s milestone. Representatives of Ascendas- Singbridge and Saigon Bund Capital Partners participated in this important event.
With a total leasable area of 10,199m2, Tower 1 has received strong interest from companies in the fields of information technology, support services, and the financial sector. Aimed at serving businesses in these areas, Tower 1 provides an attractive workspace solution for companies looking to expand, relocate or consolidate offices; companies looking for large workspaces to enhance productivity and improve the working environment; as well as supporting businesses for large corporations in Ho Chi Minh City’s Hi-Tech Park.
The time to hand over Tower 1 is expected in November 2018 and put into business from the beginning of the first quarter of 2019.

Tower 1 provides customers with a quality workspace with international technical standards. The building was consulted by reputable units such as PTW Architects (Architectural Design), CPG Consultants (Structural and M&E Design), Colin K. Okashimo & Associates (Landscape Design), G-Energy Global (Green Building Design), and implemented by the main contractor Coteccons. This is also the first office building in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City to be granted the LEED Silver Green Building certification by the US Green Building Council.
Saigon 1Hub is a joint venture project between Ascendas – Singbridge and Saigon Bund Capital Partners, to provide a space combining work – living – play – learning (Work – Live – Play – Learn) in an energetic way. for customers and the surrounding community. This 12-hectare project includes 7 office towers, a commercial complex, an office combined with accommodation, a training center, and various entertainment facilities.
Phase 1 of the project will include a green park with individually planned areas suitable for outdoor events.
